on a recent vacation together, my sister’s husband, Bubs, whipped up some Jambalaya for dinner one evening. He’s one of the few people I know who can serve up a gourmet meal from just the ingredients at hand. It’s like he’s keanu reeves in the matrix and sees the code; only in the kitchen though. The rest of us mortals can only turn to sites like RecipeChimp. Our Jambalaya had andouille sausages, zucchini and perfectly poached eggs on top.
