this is one of the easiest dishes to make, and it’s a comfort food too! taken from mark bittman’s weekly column in the new york times, the minimalist, this fried rice was created by chef jean-georges vongerichten. simple ingredients and clean flavor!

(don’t burn the garlic like i did!)
